Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CreditoHub (the "Service"), operated by [Operator/Business Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CreditoHub.

1. What CreditoHub Does

CreditoHub is a personal finance tool that lets you track bank and credit card accounts, import transactions from uploaded PDF statements, categorise spending, plan a monthly budget, and view a payment schedule across your credit cards. It is a self-service organisational tool for your own use — it does not connect to your bank, move money, or initiate payments on your behalf.

2. Not Financial Advice

Budget suggestions, spending insights, and debt-repayment strategy tools within CreditoHub are provided for general informational purposes only. They are generated from the data you enter and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your data and for any financial decisions you make.

3. Eligibility & Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Free & Premium Plans

The Free plan includes 1 account, up to 3 statement uploads per month, and the basic dashboard.

Premium unlocks unlimited accounts and uploads, auto-categorisation rules, the budget tracker, payment pipeline, and strategy tools, for RM 29.99 per month. Premium access is sold one month at a time and does not auto-renew — you choose when to extend it from the Subscribe page. When your Premium period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by toyyibPay, a third-party Malaysian payment gateway supporting FPX online banking and card payments. CreditoHub does not collect or store your card number, CVV, or online banking credentials — these are entered directly on toyyibPay's payment page. We store only the payment reference, amount, and status needed to activate your Premium access. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Because Premium is billed one month at a time with no auto-renewal, there is nothing to "cancel" — simply don't extend it when it expires. As access is granted immediately on successful payment, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, contact us at creditohub.tech@gmail.com and we will investigate and refund genuine billing errors.

7. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter or upload. Uploaded PDF statements are parsed to extract transaction data and are then permanently deleted from our servers — we do not keep a copy of the original file. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter and for having the right to upload any statement you provide (e.g. it is your own account).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store data you don't have the right to hold;
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data;
  • Probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security;
  • Use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep CreditoHub available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves, and we may temporarily suspend access for maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

CreditoHub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on budget suggestions or insights it generates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using CreditoHub and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
